It was distorted and reconstructed in 3D using a Flash drawing tool programmed by Randy Church.

It was once featured in 3D World Magazine and Communication Arts Magazine.

Randy Church on the other hand is a designer, illustrator, photoshopper, and ocassional coder. In May 2011 he received his BFA in New Media Design/Imaging. His goal is to create work that gives visual meaning to a given concept or theme, and strikes an emotional cord in the audience.

Alberto Seveso, born in Milan on May 30 1976,  has similar style of digital illustration. He also does portraits out of scribbled lines and other illustrative effects.

Seveso approached, for the first time, to the world art at the beginning of 1990s. The passion for graphic arts started in these years because he was really fascinated from the graphic of skate decks and the cover of music CD of metal bands. From this passion he started to think about how reproduce this kind of artwork. Here is an example of his work from his official web page.
