StoryToys, a leading publisher of interactive books and games is delighted to announce the release of ShipAntics – The Legend of the Kiki Beast, the first chapter in a new transmedia adventure franchise created by Studio POWWOW. Developed under licence by Odin Publications, the new app is available worldwide in the App Store from today.
ShipAntics is set in a wonderfully vibrant and colourful world with a unique and fresh take on classic puzzle adventure game. It brings together high class animation and excellent storytelling with delightful puzzles and hidden challenges. The animation is so happy and cheerful it is easy to get drawn into the zany world of the good ship Barnacle along with its team of lovable characters such as Amanda, the daughter of the ships captain Fred and Otto a cheeky octopus and so much more.

This is the first chapter of a three part series with the remainding chapters to be released in the coming months. There is so many features in this engaging text based puzzle game. There are plenty of rooms that can explored that can be explored and investigated. The outfits are customisable and you can earn new outfits during the game. The game is also available in English, French, German and Spanish.
I’m personally looking forward to seeing the ”Appisodes” feature where users can watch the story unfold in the wonderful animation.
