Sweden v Netherland – Draw
The Netherlands didn’t make it to the Euros after an embarrassing and messy qualification campaign and they didn’t fare much better as they lost to Greece earlier in the week. They do have a decent record on their travels of late though and I think Danny Blind’s side can take away a point from their trip north. Sweden have been fairly resolute of late here and they have conceded just four goals in seven home games. Netherlands have visited here four times before and haven’t managed to record a victory but they surely won’t lose again. Sweden lack punch up front, but they are solid and hard to break down. Don’t be surprised if this one ends 1-1. They can be dangerous going forward as they proved with the 3-0 win over Wales, but without Zlatan, they are lacking a focal point. Berghuis, Sneijder and Jansson all started against Greece as did the lively Quincy Promes and they should have enough firepower to get on the scoresheet. They’ve kept just a single clean sheet in 11 though so Sweden will fancy their chances of finding a way to goal.
Belarus v France – France win
A short price selection to throw into the accumulator. France showed no Euro 2016 hangover as they saw off Italy in a recent friendly (1-3) and they should be able to find a way past Belarus. The home side aren’t to be underestimated though as they recently beat ROI and Norway although they’ve now scored just four goals in eight games. They will aim to keep things tight, but if France are patient, they will surely find a way through. There’s too much firepower in that squad and Les Bleus have the option of switching things around should they need to. Antoine Griezmann and Olivier Giroud always have goals in them and the likes of Dimitri Payet should be back to full fitness by the time this fixture comes around. Anthony Martial got on the scoresheet against Italy and he will be vying for a starting position. There is plenty of competition for places which can only be heathy heading into the qualification period.

Faroe Islands v Hungary – Hungary to win to nil
Hungary were terrific entertainment in the Euros, particularly their 3-3 draw with Portugal. But they began in an organised fashion and looks hard to beat. They should win this, but 4/11 is not an appealing price, especially when we already have a short price in the Acca. Faroe Islands have failed to score in three of their last five matches and couldn’t find a way past Kosovo, a team of virtual strangers which has been assembled in a hurry. They also lost 0-3 to Romania here recently and from what we saw during the summer, Hungary are a much better side. They kept Austria off the scoresheet in the Euros and they stopped Norway and Finland from scoring when they met prior to that tournament. They also beat Faroe Islands 1-0 here in the build up to Euro 2016.
Bosnia & Herzegovina v Estonia – Bosnia (-1) Handicap
And finally, a selection on the handicap market. Bosnia are very strong here, it isn’t an easy place to come and play and they should get their qualification campaign off with a straightforward win. They’ve lost just one of the last nine in front of their own fans and victories against Wales, Andorra, Israel, Iran and Liechtenstein would all have covered that handicap. They were held to a draw by Belgium and Ireland, but they were tough opposition and Estonia are nowhere near that class. On the road, they’ve lost four of the last five including a 7-0 tonking by Portugal recently. They’ve lost to nil to England, Switzerland and Lithuania and I can’t see them troubling Bosnia and Herzegovina too much in this one.
