The Oscars of fashion world, the annual Costume Institute Gala of the Metropolitan Museum of Art went down last night in New York. Last night’s theme was “Charles James: Beyond Fashion”
As expected it was a pure unadulterated fashion funfest for style watchers the world over.
Lupita Nyong’o attended her first MET Ball last night and I had high hopes for Lupi because since her red carpet debut late last year she had done nothing but rock one stunning outfit after the other, making her the best dressed last year and fashion’s new IT girl. But when I saw her on the red carpet at last night’s Met Ball I screamed “NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!”. What the heck was she wearing? It was Prada but it was horrible! Who did this to Lupi????
