Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education Board (BIEAP) is one of the biggest Education Board in the India. the Inter Board of Education in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It was formed in 1971 with an aim to regulate the system of Intermediate education in the state of Andhra Pradesh. With a vision of providing quality education in the State, the board has been successful in the same, through its notable educational related accomplishments. Andhra Pradesh is the first state in the India which has adopted (Junior or Senior Inter) Education Pattern. and is also one of the biggest Education Board in India

The Board 0f Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh State has announced AP Inter First Year results 2016 officially announced on April 23 2016 at 05:PM am by Education Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao. This Year More Than 4,66000 lakh candidates have appeared for the Intermediate exams from AP state.The examinations were held between Month of March.The examinations were held across 2000 centres all over the state. Out of 9.73 lakh candidates, 4,66,448 students were appeared to Intermediate 1st Year exam while the remaining appeared for Intermediate second Year. Compared to the last year the number of candidates appeared this year has increased. The results of Intermediate 2nd year are planned to announce on May 1st 2016

Divising various courses, syllabus, affiliations granting, giving proper guidelines in order to improve the education system and other various activities are performed by the Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education is a Board

All the candidates appearing for the exams are examined for their respective group subjects with 500 marks in the Junior Inter and 500 marks in the second year in Arts group, for MPC with 470 marks in the first year and 530 marks in the second year, 440 marks for first year and 560 marks for second year in Bi.P.C group.The pass percentage mark is 35 per subject.

Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh Candidates will be able to access their AP Board Inter 1st Year Results 2016 on the results.cgg.gov.in website using their Hall Ticket no. Hence they are advised to keep their hall ticket number in hand for getting the AP Junior (Jr) Inter Results 2017. at ease. Candidates are further advised to download the result and save it for future reference.

This year the Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Examination successfully conducted the Intermediate 1st year examinations throughout the state in the month of March 2016.
