Frank Chimento
Frank Chimento is the new VP of national business development at offrs.com, a company that provides data and marketing products to real estate agents and brokers. “Frank Chimento has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, solid strategic thinking and a passion for innovation during his 15+ years in the real estate space,” said Rich Swier, co-founder of offrs.com, in a statement. “His industry knowledge, relationships and proven history of success will bring exciting new opportunities to our company.”
Justin Tucker
Williston Financial Group (“WFG”) promoted Justin Tucker to the position of chief marketing officer. “Justin is an exceptional leader and one of the most creative thinkers in the industry,” said Steve Ozonian, President and COO for WFG, in a statement. “He has repeatedly proven that he is fearless when it comes to unconventional thinking and his sales and marketing strategies are unlike any our industry has seen.”
Patrick Sprouse
Long & Foster named Patrick Sprouse as the managing broker of its Logan Circle office in Washington, D.C. “I’ve worked with Long & Foster associates for many years in the D.C. real estate market, and I’ve been continually impressed with their team’s commitment to their clients. I look forward to joining the family and leading the brokerage’s growing Logan Circle office,” Sprouse said in a statement.
Daniel Dannenmann
Daniel Dannenmann is the new chief operating officer at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. “As Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate continues to move forward, we’ve reached a point of critical mass that presents the perfect time to elevate this role to meet the demands of our brand’s growth,” said Sherry Chris, CEO of BHGRE, in a statement. “We’ve taken our time to find the right person and right fit for this position, and I believe that Daniel’s expertise in operations and franchising will strongly complement our existing senior leadership team.”

Mark McGoldrick
Weichert Financial Services announced that Mark McGoldrick is the new senior vice president and head of sales. “We are extremely proud to welcome Mark to the Weichert Financial Services executive team,” said Fred Watkins, President of Weichert Financial Services, in a statement. “His proven track record of profitability, as well as his extensive, hands-on real estate experience and knowledge, position Mark well for immediate success in growing this organization.”
Reida Underwood
Reida Underwood is the new managing broker of RealtySouth’s Shelby Office in Pelham, Alabama. “We are extremely fortunate to have Reida’s talent in our company. She is extremely knowledgeable, hard-working and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to the overall success of RealtySouth,” Richard Grimes, president and CEO of RealtySouth, said in a statement.

Maureen Waters
Ten-X has hired Maureen Waters as the chief marketing officer of its commercial division. “Maureen’s breadth of industry knowledge perfectly suits our efforts to communicate Ten-X’s innovative platform to the diverse commercial real estate marketplace, and her addition will play a pivotal role as we progress through the next phase of our business strategy,” said Ten-X commercial real estate division general manager Gordon Smith in a statement. “We’re confident that Maureen’s leadership will position Ten-X to continue to transform the way commercial properties are transacted across the globe.”
Mark Vernon
HPN (Housing Partnership Network) Select, a purchasing collaborative serving affordable housing developers, named Mark Vernon as its next president. “Mark Vernon is a proven leader in the multi-family residential property arena with extensive experience in operations, procurement and strategic planning initiatives related to large real estate asset portfolios,” said Randy Parker, HPN executive vice president and CFO, in a statement. “We are excited to have Mark lead this recently launched dynamic twelve-person social enterprise.”

Real estate advisors RCLCO (formerly Robert Charles Lesser & Co.) announced that it hired Joshua A. Boren as the director of business development and marketing strategy. “Joshua has an immense knowledge of the real estate advisory landscape,” said Gadi Kaufmann, RCLCO managing director and CEO, in a statement. “With nearly 10 years of business development experience under his belt, Joshua is poised to make an immediate impact on our business.” RCLCO also hired Diana Brodney as marketing specialist.
August 9
Fenn Meents
Banking/mortgage forecasting and data analytics firm iEmergent announced that Fenn Meents is its new chief growth officer. “I am delighted to announce that Fenn has joined iEmergent to lead our continued expansion into our core markets, as well as new markets that present opportunity,” said Laird Nossuli, CEO, iEmergent, in a statement.
Scott Higashi
Scott Higashi will replace founder Bill Chee as the president and CEO at Locations, a residential real estate firm in Hawaii. “In planning my succession for the past few years, I am more confident than ever that Locations, under Scott’s leadership and with our industry leading agents and staff, will continue to positively impact Hawaii families for generations to come,” said Chee in a statement.

Greg Manship
Intermountain MLS announced that CEO Greg Manship would be leaving on August 26, 2016, to join Clareity Security as the new vice president of operations. “As CEO, Greg has helped make IMLS one of the most well-respected multiple listing services across the country,” said the company in a statement. “He has brought a tremendous variety of services to real estate professionals throughout Idaho and Oregon, and has been one of the leading voices in the MLS industry through his service on NAR committees, and as past president of the Council of Multiple Listing Services.”
August 15
Pam Zandy
Home sales and marketing firm Urban Pace hired Pam Zandy as its vice president of marketing.
Keith Knippenberg is the new operations manager at Triangle Real Estate Group in Raleigh, North Carolina. “We are very excited to welcome aboard Keith to the Triangle Real Estate Group stated Triangle Real Estate Group CEO Katherin Burnette in a statement. “Keith’s extensive background will bring many added benefits to our agents and clients.”

Dana DeVito
Douglas Elliman announce that Dana DeVito has been promoted to senior vice president of marketing. “Dana has brought two decades of marketing experience in working with luxury travel, fashion, and lifestyle brands to the world of real estate, and her fresh perspective and terrific instincts have really driven her to succeed in the industry,” said Dottie Herman, president & CEO of Douglas Elliman, in a statement. “She’s a great leader and has already become instrumental in creating property marketing strategies for many of our Elliman listings and new developments, utilizing her many strengths towards event-based, social and digital marketing.”

Michael Cranford
The StoneHill Group, a mortgage lender quality control, due diligence and fulfillment solutions company, hired Michael Cranford as its new human resources manager. “Michael’s wide experience in several key disciplines — human resources, compliance, business development and marketing — is a hard thing to find in one individual,” said David Green, founder and CEO of The StoneHill Group. “As the company continues to expand, his unique set of skills fits perfectly with what we need in a human resources manager.”
Audrey Clearwater
LRES, a real estate services company that provides valuations, REO asset management and more, announced that Audrey Clearwater was promoted to the vice president of operations. “Audrey brings a long history of managerial experience to LRES operations and will continue her track record of excellence in leadership, organization and people management across departments,” said Paul Abbamonto, COO of LRES, in a statement. “Her familiarity managing large scale operations within a valuation services company will help LRES’ continuous effort to achieve more streamlined operations.”

Joe Hullinger is the new senior vice president at B2R Finance, a lender for single-family rental property investment. “We are thrilled to add Joe to the senior leadership team at B2R,” said Steve McClellan, CEO, B2R Finance, in a statement. “Joe understands how effective leadership can inspire business results and has proven the importance of this relationship time and again throughout the course of his career.”

Tom Rice
ClosingCorp, which provides real estate closing cost data and technology, announced that Tom Rice is the company’s new vice president, national account representative. “In order to provide our clients with the solutions they need to effectively and efficiently manage the mortgage process, we need to build a team focused on innovation and superior service,” said Dave Petro, ClosingCorp’s senior vice president of sales, in a statement. “Tom has a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining business relationships through a flexible approach and ability to assess as well as meet customer needs.”

Paul Hagey
Paul Hagey (yes, the former Inman writer) has been hired by The Swanepoel T3 Group as managing editor of its Swanepoel Trends Report and Swanepoel Power 200. “Adding Paul to the T3 publications team is another confirmation of our commitment to provide the real estate industry with the most comprehensive suite of studies and reports possible,” founder Stefan Swanepoel said in a statement.
Jeff Tennyson
Radian Group, which provides private mortgage insurance, risk management products and real estate services, announced that Jeff Tennyson as president of Clayton Holdings, Radian’s mortgage and real estate services business. “With his in-depth understanding of the business and first-rate management capabilities, Jeff has proven an invaluable leader at Clayton,” said S.A. Ibrahim, Radian’s CEO, in a statement. “As interim president over the past several months and chief operating officer before that, he has steered Clayton and its family of companies forward, and we remain very excited about the company’s future under Jeff’s leadership.”

William Raveis announced that Amy Kane is the company’s new senior vice president of the Westchester and Lower Fairfield region, and Jason Wilson is the company’s new vice president of its affiliate offices and vice president and regional director of operations. “Amy and Jason bring an impressive history of being top performers at marquis real estate brands to William Raveis, along with a deep knowledge of the region,” said Chris Raveis, president of residential sales at William Raveis, in a statement. “We are confident these talented, established professionals will help us grow our standing in the Westchester and Fairfield markets and make the most of our unique nine-state footprint — the largest in the northeast and Florida.”
