In the upcoming episodes of Star Plus Yeh Hai Mohabbatein produced by Balaji Telefilms, viewers will be in for a sweet shocking surprise when they come to know that both Raman (Karan Patel) and Trisha (Garima Jain) were playing Mihir (Raj Singh Arora), the Bhalla’s and Iyer’s with the whole engagement, which was nothing but a charade.
On the day of the engagement Mihir will stand up for his true love Mihika (Mihika Varma) and accept before all that he can’t go ahead with the engagement. Raman will hug Mihir and tell that he wanted Mihir to stand up for Mihika and accept it before all which is why he staged the entire drama. Everybody will be shocked on learning the truth including Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi) who always thought Raman was forcing his choices and opinions on Mihir.
On the other hand everybody, including Mr.Tandon, Trisha’s brother will learn that Trisha is in love with Neil (Raman’s Lawyer) and was acting along with Raman. Both the families will then decide to get Trisha engaged to Neil and Mihika to Mihir.
Viewers will get to see that Ishita is truly Raman’s better half during the engagement, as she will be seen doing the same thing that once Raman did to honor and thank her.
Yes ! Just like Raman gave a speech thanking Ishita and expressing her value in his life in Tamil, Ishita will take the dias to thank Raman and tell him how a wonderful father, son and friend he has been in Punjabi. Raman will be pleasantly surprised and happy with Ishita’s gesture but it will be short lived due to a phone call he receives.
Raman will immediately leave the premises, which will sadden Ishita. However the caller will be none other than Raman’s son, who asks him to come to the hospital as Shagun (Anita Hassanandani) tried to commit suicide. Aditya who has always been an accomplice in his mother’s vicious plans will go on to tell the Police that his mom tried to commit suicide because of Raman. Raman will be shocked on hearing his son accuse him, but the twist in tale comes in when Shagun who is out of danger gives her statement NOT accusing Raman.
Raman meets with Shagun, when she threatens him that the outcome of insulting her in public next time will be disastrous. When Raman reaches home Ishita will shower her anger upon him, because he took off without hearing her speech which was for him in the first place. Raman will then reveal to Ishita that he had asked Romi (Aly Goni) to record the whole thing on video. Romi will also go on to tell his Bhabhi that though he took her video while giving the speech, Raman heard the whole speech via phone when she was delivering it.
Ishita will be speechless and touched at the lengths that Raman went to make sure he did not miss her speech and thank him for the same. On asking Raman where he had took off too, Raman will share with her everything that had happened since he received Aditya’s phone call.
What will Raman and Ishita do now? Will Raman and Ishita realize that they are more than just friends and Ruhi’s parent’s? That they share something deep rooted and special? Guess only time will tell.
