Watermelon as very well know fruit for us.It occupies major benefits towards health.Actually Watermelon is nutrient dense fruit it means fruit that provide us considerable to high amount of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals with low calorie..It can be taken without procrastination.

Being seasonal fruit,it is alike to eat more in summer and the rich in sweet taste ,it is having rich source of water which is  about 92%.
Other 8% of fruit is filled with nutrients and minearls that keep our body healthy
