The main hall of CCC would be set up in the fourth floor. Besides there will be a 1,000-seat auditorium, huge video walls, landscaping and water fountains around the building.

He asked them to invite tenders and launch construction work soon after the design is finalised.

Mr Rao said the CCC would be integrated with one lakh CCTV cameras to be installed in the city, which would help the police department to improve surveillance and maintain law and order efficiently.

The CM said the command and control centre would also be connected with all police head quarters in all the districts for effective monitoring of law and order situation, safety and security of people.
