<br />

<p class="MsoNormal">With the debut of Teen Wolf Season 6 a mere six weeks away, the amount of bogus information swirling around the Internet is staggering. Teen Wolf News brings you only verified, truthful information about the show and to that end, we’ve collected all the facts about Season 6. Some of what follows could be considered mild spoilers, but we’ve attempted to avoid specific details that might ruin one’s enjoyment of the show.</p>

*Villains

:The Ghost Riders will be the “big bad” this season. They’re a group of supernaturals stuck in Beacon Hills. If you see them, they erase you from history, and some Beacon Hills residents have already crossed paths with the horsemen.

:Creator Jeff Davis explained their origins in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly. “We’ve had seasons where there’s just bodies dropping everywhere, and we wanted to do something frightening but different. What’s scarier than death? Being forgotten. Being completely erased.”

*Stiles is Missing

:While Dylan O’Brien shot several scenes for use throughout the Season before leaving to work on The Death Cure, his character gets erased from the memories of everyone in Beacon Hills.

:While Scott, the Sheriff, and Malia will feel something is off, Lydia will sense his loss the most. “They have something special,” Davis explains. “We decided that this is the place to show that they’ve gone from a simple crush to friends to something deeper.”

*Ian Bohen and Cody Christian Return

:As their appearance at San Diego Comic-Con confirmed, Peter Hale and Theo will show up again. We’ll find out where Peter spent Season 5 and how Theo’s brief vacation to hell went.

*Tyler Hoechlin and Daniel Sharman Won’t Return

:As Teen Wolf News reported exclusively, Teen Wolf producers tried to get Hoechlin back for a single episode, but negotiations fell through over some of the details. Daniel Sharman reportedly told fans he has no plans to return to Beacon Hills. Appearing at a Teen Wolf convention in Paris over the weekend, he left little doubt that Isaac will not be back.

*Lydia 80s Flashback

:In their effort to figure out what’s missing due to the Ghost Riders, Lydia needs to stretch her Banshee abilities back to the 80s to see what happened in an abandoned neighborhood.

*Melissa McCall Love Interest

:Actor Melissa Ponzio told the crowd in Paris this weekend that she’ll have a love interest in the upcoming season. Ponzio said it would be between Chris Argent and Sheriff Stilinski, but Jeff Davis told Teen Wolf News last month that she would not be involved with Stilinski. In response to a fan question asking if Melissa and the Sheriff would get together, Davis wrote, “Definitely not in 6A. Sorry!”

:Chris and Melissa sitting in a tree…

*Nazi Werewolf Masquerades as a Teacher

:MTV kind of gave away this spoilery bit of info in their first promo for the season. We knew they cast actor Pete Ploszek as a new teacher with a secret. Then, when the first promo came out, we saw Pete all dressed up and fanged up in Nazi uniform.

:You remember the body in the tube of chimera-reviving juice from the Dread Doctor’s lair? That’s where our Nazi Werewolf lived for all of Season 5. Jeff Davis tells TWN we’ll get a small flashback to his 1940’s fatherland origin, “We shot the Germany stuff by doing a build of rebuilding of sets and on location in the woods. It’s not the same as our usual flashbacks, much more condensed.”

<p class="MsoNormal">Teen Wolf Season 6 debuts at 9 pm on November 15.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Link: http://www.ew.com/article/2016/09/07/teen-wolf-script-page-season-6-premiere</p>

<br />

<h2 style="padding:0.2em 0.4em; margin:0 0 -20px 0; font-family:Century Gothic,serif; color:#778899; font-size:100%; font-weight:bold; text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:30px;">One ‘Teen Wolf’ Episode is Missing</span></h2>

<br />

<p class="MsoNormal">With the first episode of Teen Wolf Season 6 set to air November 15, Executive Producer Jeff Davis tells Teen Wolf News exclusively that the first half of the season isn’t actually done yet. “Yes, that’s true,” he says. “Episode 10 will be shot during 6B.”</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As we reported first back in June, they’ve got two more weeks of work to do. We calculated at the time that two weeks is enough time for the production to do almost two full episodes. As it turns out, they’ve got one full episode and many pickup shots and reshoots to do before Season 6A (as they call it within the production) is complete.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The plan was to shoot all that in August, but it didn’t work out. “We did have to rearrange the schedule due to Dylan’s injury,” Davis says, referencing Dylan O’Brien’s accident on the set of The Maze Runner sequel this past spring. The stuff planned for August is now shooting starting next month.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">They can do some of those pickups and minor stuff when they return to set to start filming Season 6B episodes in October, but there’s still a question of finishing episode 10. For that, they need O’Brien who is currently, and for the next several weeks at least, in Europe filming American Assassin. Davis says it’s difficult, but they’re working around the in-demand actor’s other commitments.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The delays shouldn’t impact the airing of the episodes. A November 15 debut means it would be January before they need to air episode 10. If MTV takes off the week of Christmas through New Year’s Day(as other networks do) Episode 10 will come even later. As it stands currently, there remains plenty of time to get the episode shot and edited for air. Of course, nothing's been normal with this season's shoot so stay tuned for further schedule changes.</p>

<br />

<h2 style="padding:0.2em 0.4em; margin:0 0 -20px 0; font-family:Century Gothic,serif; color:#778899; font-size:100%; font-weight:bold; text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:30px;">'Teen Wolf' at NYCC</span></h2>

<br />

<p class="MsoNormal">It turns out San Diego wasn’t Teen Wolf’s last Comic-Con after all. According to MTV, several cast members and EP Jeff Davis will be at New York Comic-Con in October.</p>

::“The panel -- featuring Tyler Posey, Holland Roden, Shelley Hennig, Melissa Ponzio, Linden Ashby and executive producer Jeff Davis -- will take place on Saturday, October 8 at 10:30 a.m. in the Hammerstein Ballroom.”

<p class="MsoNormal">After announcing the final season of the series, the return of Cody Christian and Ian Bohen and a spoilery first promo at San Diego Comic-Con, there’s not much left in the way of surprises left for the New York crowd. “No surprises yet for NYCC,” Davis says. “Or at least not that I know of!”</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The good news for fans is we may get a live feed from the panel. MTV provided one last year but have yet to mention it this year.</p>

<br />

<p class="MsoNormal">Fans staking out the Teen Wolf cast’s hotel in Paris created a mob scene, shoved and hurled insults that reportedly left Holland Roden in tears.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As the story of Holland’s awkward encounter spread, fans who did not take part in the mob were outraged that the star was made to suffer.</p>

:::‏@WoodxDallas - There is a mob in front of their hotel. They scared Holland

:::@WidowsSalma - These morons don't deserves your tears @hollandroden #WeLoveYouHolland

:::@jujufanMPokora - I'm so sorry about what happened with "fans" in front of your hotel in France. I hate people who did that to U. I love you @hollandroden

:::@Liina__21 - @hollandroden im sorry for what happened in front of you hotel that's not fans but monsters, i hope everything is ok. #WeLoveYouHolland

<p class="MsoNormal">Holland was not physically injured and continued with the convention later in the day.</p>

<br />

<h2 style="padding:0.2em 0.4em; margin:0 0 -20px 0; font-family:Century Gothic,serif; color:#778899; font-size:100%; font-weight:bold; text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:30px;">Dylan Get's Some 'Deepwater' Notice</span></h2>

<br />

<p class="MsoNormal">While the major entertainment publications uniformly ignored him, Dylan O’Brien’s performance in Deepwater Horizon did rate some notice from a few critics who saw early screenings.</p>

::“Dylan O’Brien offers a bit of personality as Caleb Holloway – a rigger who helps out Wahlberg’s Mike – and most other workers exude that homely brand of oil rig worker whose genuine charms are covered in dirt and grime.” Matt Donato – We’ve Got This Covered

::“…it’s the struggle that makes it so essential and everyone gives it their all, especially Wahlberg, Russell, Gina Rodriguez, and Dylan O’Brien.” Michael Roffman – Consequence of Sound

:: "Two of the younger cast members, Jane the Virgin’s Gina Rodriguez and The Maze Runner’s Dylan O’Brien also impress in their gritty parts, with O’Brien cutting an especially heroic figure, which bodes well for his upcoming American Assassin.” Chris Bumbray – JoBlo.com

::“Already on board the rig just trying to move things along are drill worker Caleb Holloway (Dylan O’Brien with more action moments than speaking lines) and drill supervisor Jason Anderson (Ethan Suplee delivering panic well).” Gregory Ellwood – The Playlist

::“I don’t see suddenly unemployed blue collar men and women in Kurt Russell or Dylan O'Brien‘s characters.” Sam Fragoso – The Wrap

::“Amongst them is Mike Williams (Wahlberg), the key character in this film adaptation of the story, who is joined by a solid ensemble cast including Kurt Russell, John Malkovich, Gina Rodriguez, Dylan O’Brien and Kate Hudson as Williams’ wife Felicia.” Paul Heath – Hollywood News

::“In fact, the flow between characters including but certainly not limited to floor hand Caleb (Dylan O’Brien) and Dynamic Positioning Officer Andrea (Gina Rodriguez), plays out like an orchestra; a sense of familiarity and joy can be felt as these co-workers are reconnected and interact seamlessly with jokes at home beside heavy oil-drilling jargon.” Daisy Edwards – FlavourMag

That’s pretty much it from even the least recognized critics who’ve reviewed the film. One gets the impression that O’Brien isn’t in Deepwater Horizon as much as the pre-release hype would suggest. Below we’ve linked all the reviews with a mention and all those without a mention. The movie opens nationwide this weekend.
