His producer Aaron Rapaport (Seth Rogen), however, longs to do something more serious. The moment comes when they hear that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is fond of the program and want to set up an interview. CIA sees, however, the chance to get rid of the dictator once and for all, by referring the two to kill him. The problem is that the plan turns out not to be entirely foolproof. Given the media attention and political impact of the film has already received, so it is expected that it will tackle the topic in a quite controversial and daring way. But it is believed that one becomes disappointed. Because the truth is that the interview and the planned attack on Jong-un is merely a framework that writers used to hang up all of their usual old joke on. But here we would also have to stop and apologize Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, for when you see ”The Interview” it becomes clear that they did not have a clue which hullabaloo their movie would create. Sure it would have been awesome if a movie with himself DPRK reeling had taken advantage of the fact that it has become such a political hot potato. But at the production stage, they had understood no idea about this, so it’s easy to forgive them for they did not take the opportunity. But it would have made the movie more interesting. Now we are offered instead a very ordinary guy humor-roll. Unfortunately not as fun as Rogen / Goldberg’s last directing collaboration ”This Is the End”. No, ”The Interview” is more a ”Pineapple Express”. And yes, I know that many people liked it. If you belong to the crowd will certainly even ”The Interview” to fit. I myself can get pretty tired of this formula-based larval humor, which too often can guess the next replicated before it said. Sure, there are some jokes that find homes, especially some hilarious situations are funny, but everything groveling on the sunk-dicks and above all rumphål pulls really down. The latter half is fun first time. Tithing – not so special. I do believe that even if the film did not set out to create a debate, so it is still worth the seen only for the reason that it has now become so renowned. And yes, you can watch ”The Interview” with other glasses than those creators initially expected, and actually take a serious reflection of dictatorships, media manipulation and the US role as world policeman. But ”The Interview” is not very sharp neither as political satire or comedy. I find myself several times missing the more absurd ”North Korea vs USA vs. Hollywood” -humorn in South Park creators ”Team America”, which is also much harder in the boots it distributes to all parties involved. But since ”The Interview” through cyber attacks and terrorist threats had a completely different medial proliferation, it is still an important film event. Latest Windows 10 for Phones Leak Shows New Multitasking UI, Enhanced Email Formatting and More   The folks over at WindowsMania.pl have gotten their hands on a new build of Windows 10 for phones; this latest build comes with a set of UI changes and enhancements; mainly a revamped multitasking screen. The new multitasking screen shown above displays open/recent apps in a card like manner, similar to how Meego or BB10 showed them, allowing you to quickly view all your open apps at once, while presumably still swiping them away (or simply pressing “x”) to close them.  Also in this update are new toggles for SMS settings (and presumably the whole OS in general, along with a new date and time selector. For power users and people who live by email, an awesome addition is what appears to be a full word editor inside the email app; allowing you to format your email insert tablets, change your layout and much more; bringing the full functionality of Word to your built-in email client. We receive a number of anonymous tips in our inbox regularly and trying to separate the credible ones from the rest can be a challenge. This particular one relates to the Sony Xperia C4,  expected to be the selfie-phone-with-front-flash successor to the Xperia C3. A render was sent to us claiming to be that of the Xperia C4. The image shows a large front-facing camera with adjacent LED flash. The handset will apparently launch In May/June with Lollipop. It will also arrive in three colours including black, white and turquoise (the latter can be seen in the pic below). We’ll hopefully find out soon enough if this turns out to be true. Xperia Z4 hands-on pics leak showing all angles The clearest live pictures of the Sony Xperia Z4 have leaked. The six pictures show the handset across all angles and confirm what we have seen so far. This includes exposed micro USB charging port on the bottom and just one port flap on the left side (most likely for nano SIM and memory card). The notification light is also similar to that of the Xperia Z3. As the leaks start to accelerate,  hopefully it means an official launch is nearing. Via Sonyfan.vn. The second thing is I am a fan of the Seattle Seahawks so I figured that I needed to try the Russel Wilson exercise program. So how did it go for me?  I found it to be a great way to really test out and learn new drills that I have yet to test out before. To be honest I have a long way to go but it was an interesting experience that I have not done before.  This is something that I am seeing myself doing more then before. Have you tried it? Movie Review: Dracula Untold Strangely, no new Dracula films made over the past decade vampire boom. In all cases, no ambitious. We have had to put up with Dario Argento belly flop ”Dracula 3D” and sequels to the C-movie ”Dracula 2000″. ”Dracula Untold” is the first lavish version of the tale since Francis Ford Coppola’s ”Bram Stoker’s Dracula” 22 years ago. The new movie is medieval action rather than horror and is about Vlad III Dracul, the valakiske prince who was a model for Bram Stoker’s novel figure. In the 1400s, he fought against the Turks who tried to conquer Europe.   Vlad became known for impaling his enemies on stakes. The other bestial atrocities he devoted himself (as boiling, maim and dismember people) have been toned down in the movie where Dracula, sadly, only a righteous man who wants to protect his family. When the Turks requires 1,000 boys to their army included Vlad faustisk a pact with an ancient vampire. He gets enormous forces and lose his own soul. Despite its title is ”Dracula untold” told before in the prologue to ”Bram Stoker’s Dracula.” Coppola’s film was meaty, romantic and baroque. The debuting director Gary Shore Ogle more macho spectacle ”300”. The film consists mostly of computer animated battles with minimal bloodshed to meet an American 13-year limit. It is småspännande but banal. Luke Evans plays Dracula and is more expressive than hunkig. He did not manage to portray the character’s tragic fate especially when he howls noooooo exactly as Darth Vader in the embarrassing ”Revenge of the Sith” -finalen. Compared with the classic Dracula Interpreters Bela Lugosi and Christopher Lee, he is only a bimbo. Movie Review: The Good Lie with Reese Witherspoon After a 160 mile nightmarish escape on foot from South Sudan will MaMere, Paul, Abital, and Jeremiah finally reached the Kenyan refugee camp, Kakuma -they will be included in the group of 20 000 children, mostly boys, who become known as The Lost Boys of Sudan . Their villages razed to the ground during the 80th century Sudanese civil war, their parents were murdered and massacred. Their survival is nothing more than a pure miracle. Many, many dips along the way. The long march is painful for us to follow – we almost silently sounds like this happen is almost unbearable to realize. The Canadian director Philippe Falardeau not backing the violence and protracted torments, but do while never speculative business out of it either. The terrible only there, the bloated child corpses floating by in the river, the troops engaged in sniping of children, death leaves them no peace. Fifteen years later, some thousands of refugee children in Kakuma a ticket to the United States. MaMere, Paul and Jeremiah ends up in Kansas City, Missouri, Mamère sister Abital in Boston. They for a long struggle to reunite with the help of some good Americans, like Carrie Davis (Reese Witherspoon). Hollywood gaze – and some dramaturgical (shame) grip – balances occasionally at the edge of the precipice. When the cultural clashes will turn into comedy, and sometimes pure farce, it feels as if the whole movie is about to capsize. But it never happens. You will soon understand the need to also see the comedy in everyday life, Kakuma and Kansas City are light years away, both in practical, human and not least culturally. And it is also at times pretty funny and entertaining without it turning into the ethno-chic. There is an inherent goodness in both scripts, dialogue, direction and acting that spreads into the bloodstream upon us, here’s a hope and humility that we really do not want to give up – obviously there are sharper criticism to target, harder blow to award but would on the other hand try to formulate a hope and a belief in humanism and the best in man, it is Philippe Falardeaus way one of several that we could / should try. The end is brutally beautiful. It is a delight to see Reese Witherspoon in a completely new role, her Sudanese colleagues are brilliant, touching – and comical. Someone wrote that this was not feelgood, as soon as I feel right. And it feel alright. Kodi (Formerly XBMC) Is Now Officially Available On The Play Store In Beta And Alpha Forms Once upon a time, Kodi was known as XBMC, and it was developed for hacked Xboxes. This open source media hub went on to run on PCs and mobile devices, but it hasn’t been deployed in the Play Store until now. There are some not-so-secret Google+ communities for beta and alpha versions of Kodi, and you can join them right now. The team behind Kodi hasn’t publicized the existence of the app on the Play Store, but neither has it made the groups invite only. The devs were apparently hoping to keep it on the down-low until all the kinks were worked out (sorry, guys). If you’re cool with a few bugs, you might want to join up. Having the app in the Play Store instead of sideloaded means you’ll get automatic updates as new versions are released. The process to get access should be familiar to anyone who has participated in a Google Play testing program before. Simply choose either the alpha (Isengard) or beta (Helix) group based on your tolerance for bugs. Join that, opt into the test, and download the app. Then settle in and enjoy your media in a rad way. Movie Review: Fury with Brad Pitt It’s terrible images, taken from a roof above the Dam Square in Amsterdam two days after the Nazi capitulation May 5, 1945 and a week after Hitler sat a bullet in his temple. Thousands of Dutchmen have gathered to celebrate the end of the war when it suddenly shot game, those not immediately knocked down almost useless trying to hide behind the square thin lampposts. It turns out to be some German soldiers from a nearby balcony chooses to conclude kill 22 civilians and damaging hundreds. No other explanation for insanity deed than the Germans would have been heavily intoxicated has never been given. A few weeks earlier, when the war is considered basically over, are five fictional American soldiers in a Sherman tank somewhere in the German mud. And they never cease to be amazed at why the Germans insist on continuing to put hard against hard despite this knowledge. Why not just give up the? ”Would you do it?” The Don ”Wardaddy” Collier (Pitt) who get the question from one of its four men in the tank with the ”Fury” written in white on its 76-mm cannon which they share with the destination Berlin. The newest addition is the boy Norman, whose only previous war experience as a writing assistant at headquarters. It is through his eyes we witness the horrors of war, beginning with the Norman gets swab clean his place in the tank after the former owner become mincemeat, parts of his body are still scattered around the seat. There is a desperate enemy territory they roll through, where civilians ”cowardly” Germans hung on lampposts of the Waffen-SS and children armed and forced into battle. But despite all allied body parts flying in the air and heads that are pushed to smithereens argue Wardaddy and his men to the favor to get slaughter Nazis are ”the best job in the world”. Between battles with almost impermeable Tiger tanks and ground troops (the enemy is of course a miracle of incompetence, the tactic to cover each other has not yet been seen in Nazi Germany) rolls they tirelessly through the mud. And it is in these moments of relative calm that it becomes obvious how sketchy men in this armed mancave crawler actually is, of the five is three complete staffagefigurer throughout the film. Ayer has devoted much effort to get the typical features of the site, such as using the original tank from World War II. It could be wished that he had at least half as much effort into a decent dialogue. Ungainly lines like ”What’s he doing up there, throwing dice? Got all ones except me? ”Is the closest any kind of reflection on the state you come from. And as for that refusal to give up even though the game is lost … Maybe there is no rational explanation when it passed prestige in the killings, which applies to both Herrenvolk and heroes. Microsoft Lumia 640 Rozetka Review The Rozetka team takes the Microsoft Lumia 640 for a spin. Although a 6xx range Lumia, it’s pretty slick and slim with quite a worthy bunch of features. Full specs list at: http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/mobile/phone/lumia640/specifications/ Today’s Links April 4, 2015 AMD FX-8320E review   When AMD tells you that they are sending over a new CPU you are excited and looking forward to testing it, I still remeber the first time I opened up an AMD CPU with 64 bit architecture when it first arrived and could not wait to start using it more..  So the big question is how well does the FX-8320E stand up? Let’s take a look at it since that’s the version that AMD sent me. Worth noting that the ”E” in FX-8320 indicates that it is a low powered CPU.  It is an affordable CPU with eight cores for 125 US Dollars/139 Euros but the big question is how well does it work?  It has a base clock of 3200 MHz but with turbo it can go upwards to 4000 MHz..  This is something which makes the FX series a real  technical beast with: 32nm Vishera 95W 8MB L3 Cache 4 x 2MB L2 Cache Cost of saving? So what is good with the FX-8320E then?  At just 125 US Dollars/ 139 Euros it is the cheapest eight core CPU on the market. In that context it does look a lot more exciting then the others.  It is certainly a good upgrade for people who are an older AM3+ CPU..  Since it is an AMD CPU you won’t have any limits neither if you want to overclock the CPU too (think it’s Intel K-Series CPU that has a limit on overclocking?).. I have tried to to overclock it and can say that at 4 Ghz it worked fine, while I tried to overclock it more I found that it could be a little cranky but with a couple of voltage tweaks I found tat it worked fine for me…  When I went to down to ”just” 4Ghz I did not have any issues with using the CPU.  If you want to overclock it make certain that you know what your doing otherwise you might not get the performance that you want to. So far I can recommend it both to people that are upgrading from older CPU:s and for people who want to have a new computer. Tough if you have the budget Intel has some options where you can get more power in a smaller package.  The only downside that I see so far with the AMD setup is the lack of USB 3.0 and PCIE 3.0 support. What I like  So far I have not found anything that I do not like so far with it… If you overclock it it over 4GHZ you get the same power such as the FX8350.  If your looking for a CPU for a good gaming setup this is something that you have to look into.. What I do not like No native support for PCI Express 3.0 and USB 3.0 could be an issue because manufacturers have to bring in third party drivers which could affect performance for users… Verdict If your on a budget and looking for a CPU that offers both potential and power I would say go with the FX-8320E. This is not something that you can go wrong with. Movie Review: As above so below   Horror in the form of fake documentary recordings in crowded and / or haunted areas apparently have not played out yet. This is about a perverted treasure hunt in Paris catacombs. The pictures from inside the tunnels to be perceived as they were filmed with tiny cameras mounted on the characters headlamps. Which they also partially, most of it is shot on location in Paris, something that gives this film a certain raison d’être. The protagonist Scarlett is a young, arrogant, British archaeologist who first takes to cross the border to Iraq to get hold of some kind of prehistoric key. To spice with such introductory feels like a mockery of all that actually harmed in really in the Middle East right now. Back in Paris forcing Scarlett a documentary filmmaker, her boyfriend with claustrophobia and a bunch of French adventurers to accompany her down on the tombs and look for ”The Philosopher’s Stone”. Already when a ghostly French woman passing by and staring evilly before the actual descent, making it that it is not a brilliant idea. John Erick Dowdle has built a successful career in this type of VHS and DV camcorder horror, and have the skills to build a creepy atmosphere. The plot is suffering from a severe ”Da Vinci Code” complex, to name one of many flaws, but it’s a little fancy to the young woman in the lead continues his manic exploration even when half the team (spoiler!) has been slain. ITC to investigate Apple over Ericsson complaints The U.S. International Trade Commission is investigating Ericsson’s claims that Apple violated its patents,PC World reports. Apple sued Ericsson in January, claiming Ericsson was charging too much for patents it holds and that the patents are no longer essential for the LTE technology in Apple’s iPhones, iPads and other cellular-enabled products. Ericsson counter-sued, arguing Apple had infringed on its patents and that the price demanded to use the technology was fair and non-discriminatory. With those lawsuits likely to take years to play out in court, Ericsson has turned to the ITC, which can act quickly to ban products from being imported into the U.S. Such an import ban would immediately affect sales, so companies like Ericsson are increasingly using the threat of ITC action to force settlements in patent disputes. Movie Review: Third Person with Liam Neeson and Olivia Wilde     Seemingly random coincidences and coincidences, deliberately planted parallels and intimate relationships: Paul Haggis ”Third Person” is three stories intertwined in one big Robert Altmanskt meandering long braid – akin, therefore, with haggis own Oscar-winning ”Crash” from 2004. It may be initially seem porous and difficult to grasp, but the pattern emerges soon for anyone who is the least accustomed to consume more ambitious popular culture. In no way are thus three mixed events in Paris, Rome and New York together. The title conveys the clear hint of what’s going on. You write a text in the third person, inter alia, to indicate that it’s all about someone completely different than oneself, while everything one writes in a not unimportant point, of course, is precisely the self and the issues to the time of writing happens to be obsessed or at least a fan. It uses fictional characters who disguise and camouflage. It is pointed in a different direction to divert attention. And in an expensive hotel in Paris sits author Michael (Liam Neeson) and sweat over his new novel. Distraction arrives in the form of his much younger mistress Anna (Olivia Wilde), also she has ambitions to write, but not everything is singing and sunshine in their relationship. Michael has an abandoned wife at home in the US is calling and is grieved; Anna has a dark secret gnawing in her mind and provokes attacks of self-hatred, which in turn causes her to question his love for her. Powerful. At a bar in Rome the light hits the trader Scott (Adrien Brody), a Roma woman (Moran Atias) and quickly becomes embroiled in an attempt to save her daughter away greedy thugs. But who can trust whom here? And what has really happened to his own daughter, whose image in the wallet he thumbs with mournful pride? Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, pushing the hard-pressed Julia (Mila Kunis) legal process to really see his little son. Ex-husband (James Franco) refuses. There is a suspicion that she once went beyond all limits by reprimanding the child injudicious and heavy-handed. Rome and New York episodes are talking to each other, a call that is about loss and longing for a small child. The question of forgiveness come to the fore: the need and the difficulty in forgiving particularly itself after a tragedy. Meanwhile, author Michael yelled at by his publisher, who is on a visit to Paris. The newly written disagree. Instead of writing personal and naked if plaguing him he devotes himself to pending circumlocutions, right in the third person. He lets novel characters talk about a pain he is not able to portray. And now you will not get more clues. There are several things that bothers me in the ”Third Person”. Not infrequently it becomes too much fashionable women’s magazine, especially in the tours with Michael and Anna, whose grisly problem report fails to relate to in any meaningful way. She sinks very often in thoughtful introspection to brittle piano tones. But it does not remain completely indifferent to a film that so gravely and insightful contend with the actual narrative fallacy. And there is something pure and poignant in Adrien Brody’s character’s metamorphosis. To love is to the naked throat. Apple under EU Commission scrutiny over streaming music service Apple is under scrutiny from EU regulators concerning its new streaming music service, The Financial Times reports. Likely in response to a formal complaint, the European Commission has contacted several music labels and digital music companies, sending them questionnaires asking for more information about agreement between Apple and the labels. The report notes that the commission is concerned that Apple may use its size and influence to force music labels to abandon licenses that allow competitors such as Spotify to provide free, ad-supported services — something that music executives would reportedly be amenable to as well, based on earlier reports. If the Commission were to find wrongdoing as the result of a formal investigation, it could require changes to Apple’s business practices and possibly even impose hefty fees, however information gathering such as this is normally only a very preliminary step and does not necessarily mean a formal antitrust investigation will even be launched.
