Logitech has unveiled a multi-device Bluetooth keyboard, which the company claims is the first desk keyboard designed for use with computer, smartphone and tablet simultaneously. The K840 Bluetooth keyboard will be priced at Rs 2,795 and will hit Indian markets by July 15.

The company claims that it is the first desk keyboard designed to connect with three different Bluetooth devices simultaneously. It is compatible with Windows 7 and Windows 8 (PC version) operating system, and Mac OS X 10.2 or later, Google Chrome OS and any Android or iOS tablet or smartphone.

The big significant feature is its multi-device functionality. You can type an email on your computer and, with the flick of its patented Easy-Switch dial, you can respond to a WhatsApp text message on your smartphone. Use the same dial, to switch to your tablet to finish up your presentation, thereby enabling you to work on three devices simultaneously for more productivity.

The K480 comes in two colors and has a sturdy stand to place the smartphone or tablet at the right angle.
