Job Description:

1. Supporting the Head of Outsource Performance, developing our management, operational and knowledge capabilities through a range of tasks, including attrition, absence and employee satisfaction

2. Driving a high-performing culture, where colleagues feel supported in challenging the status quo to provide better services for our customers

3. Delivering coaching and development plans, and ensuring management is constantly pushing for personal and professional improvement and growth

4. Building meaningful relationships across the business, while contributing to the local communities that support us

5. Influencing and leading all change implementation in Retail Telephony India, balancing immediate and short-term needs to achieve our goals

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

1. Experience of working in an offshore Contact Centre

2. A proven record of effective relationship management, with colleagues, customers and third parties

3. The ability to create effective strategies, and translate these into impactful actions

4. Effective remote team leadership skills, developed in a large contact centre environment

5. The confidence to influence key stakeholders across the business
