JOB SUMMARY:
Job Description:
1. Conduct periodic assessments of the control environment by analysing existing controls and issue around timeliness accuracy and completeness of risk information. Identify missing or weak controls, and work with risk reporting teams and other infrastructure teams to improve the control environment.
2. Work with the wider risk reporting and risk management teams to ensure controls are fit for purpose, with agreed schedule to implement missing or weak controls.
3. Ensure existing controls are helping the wider risk reporting and risk management function in upholding data quality standards and governance and regulatory policies
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications : 1. The incumbent should preferably have working experience in Operations or Compliance, with a working knowledge of KYC and documentation, as well as a good grasp of regulations and legal requirements relating to Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing.
2. Should be well versed with PMS, IA, AMFI and other SEBI regulations
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Good analytical and communication skills
5. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and standards
6. Skilled in MS office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
