To begin with, Galaxy S5 owners can take take advantage of the 6-month free subscription to the Wall Street Journal that would otherwise cost users a hefty $160. Those who have been avid Evernote users will be glad that Samsung has also included a three-month subscription to Evernote’s premium service that cost $15. Then, there’s a 12-month subscription to Bloomberg Businessweek worth $30 too.
It’s not just about serious business though. The company has included free in-app purchases up to $10 Cut The Rope 2, along with bundling in 50 GB of cloud storage from Box for 6 months worth $60 and 1TB Bitcasa storage for 3 months worth $30. The Galaxy S5 owners can also take advantage of LinkedIn premium account worth $75.
As promo offer, user can avail of special deals from PayPal worth $50, a easilyDo Pro subscription worth $5 and the Flick Dat app worth $2 app. The device will also pack in some premium fitness-related apps such as RunKeeper worth $20, Skimble’s Workout Trainer subscriptions worth $4, subscription to personal wellness assistant Lark priced at $36 and Map My Fitness subscription priced at $36.
The Galaxy S5 is not yet out in the market, but has already been the butt of jokes from competitors HTC and Nokia. However, with these goodies thrown in, there’s a whole lot of value-addition by Samsung.
