‘I can look at the video. You can look.’ To not have questions is ‘reckless’

(WND) – Despite what one physician described as an “outbreak of vituperation and anger” against those with opinions about Hillary Clinton’s health, more doctors are expressing concerns during the 2016 race to the White House.

And now GOP nominee Donald Trump has raised the issue to a new level, CNN reported, by challenging Clinton to release “detailed medical records,” insisting he would have “no problem” with his own becoming public.

Trump tweeted: “I think that both candidates, Crooked Hillary and myself, should release detailed medical records. I have no problem in doing so! Hillary?”

Clinton’s campaign spokesman Glen Caplin, noting Clinton provided a letter from a doctor last year certifying she was in good health, said Trump “has put forward a laughable letter that omits basic health information including the date of his exam, past medications, family medical history, heart rate, respiratory rate, EKG, or cholesterol level.”

SPECIAL: Tea Party is launching a national, grassroots campaign to push for the indictment of Hillary Clinton, and we need your help now more than ever!

“Instead of continuing to push discredited conspiracy theories, Donald Trump needs to produce a real doctor’s letter, written by a credible doctor, that details the state of his health for voters,” he said.

CNN noted Trump surrogate Rudy Giuliani encouraged doubters to “go online and put down ‘Hillary Clinton illness.’”

“There is absolutely no credible evidence to backstop any of these claims,” CNN claimed.

But many physicians, based on publicly available information have raised concerns. Among them are:

Dr. Jane Orient, M.D., executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, said images of Clinton being helped up stairs and propped up, and videos showing odd, seizure-like head movements require an explanation to voters, she contends. The author of “Emerging Diseases: Protecting Your Family from Pandemics, Viral Threats, and Rogue Vaccines” noted the “vituperation and anger” that she’s faced for raising questions. “I’m not making a diagnosis,” she told WND on Monday. But “I can look at the video. You can look.”She said for a medical professional to simply ignore the evidence would be “completely reckless.” Meeting someone with these symptoms personally would require a “How are you?” she said. “These are not ridiculous questions.”

Dr. Lee Hieb, author of “Surviving the Medical Meltdown: Your Guide to Living Through the Disaster of Obamacare,” agreed. “They made a huge deal about [Sen. John] McCain because of his melanoma,” she told WND. “Melanoma doesn’t give you dementia!” She said the images and videos are evidence that should be reviewed and explained to voters, contending Clinton is “not being forthcoming.””If she doesn’t want the American people informed … we know where she stands.”Citing Clinton’s previous concussion, Hieb said such injuries can cause long-term side effects, seizures, personality changes and cognitive deficits.

The Fox News medical “A-Team” of Dr. Marc Siegel and Dr. David Samadi had questions. “In 2008 … I looked over a thousand pages of John McCain’s records because of a melanoma he had 10 years ago. What about Hillary? In 2009, a severe fall. She breaks her elbow. In 2011, she boards a plane, falls. In 2012, she has a severe concussion which Bill Clinton says took her six months to recover from,” Siegel said. He continued: “Then she ends up with a blood clot in the brain and a lifetime of blood thinners. Just that point alone – if she’s prone to falling, you can see from that picture up there that it looked like she can barely get upstairs without two people carrying her. Guess what if she falls and hits her head? She’ll get a blood clot.”

Samadi added: “The picture going up the stairs speaks a million words. Is she fatigued? Is she dehydrated? One of the main reasons she fell in 2012 and had the concussion was severe dehydration. They’re holding her and going up the stairs. So she may be really dehydrated, she may have arthritis, she may have back pain, she may have fallen again. We don’t know.”

Dr. Drew Pinsky’s television show on the HLN cable network, “Dr. Drew on Call,” was canceled after he raised questions about Clinton’s health in an interview on KABC-AM in Los Angeles.

Dr. Gerard Gianoli argued that if the concerns were about Donald Trump’s health, establishment media would spotlight the issue. He wrote:

Imagine, if you would, that tomorrow Donald Trump suffers a concussion. Suppose he trips on a flight of stairs, falling down and hitting his head.

The head injury is so severe that he is unconscious for a time and has to be hospitalized for a week. After getting out of the hospital, the Trump campaign tells us that he has fully recovered and that there are no lingering effects of the head trauma. During the following weeks, he is seen in public to wear glasses with a Fresnel lens on one side. He also seems to have trouble maintaining his balance, loses his thoughts in the middle of speeches, and has episodes of spasmodic movements suggestive of seizures.

In this imaginary scenario, would it surprise anyone if the media became skeptical and pressed for release of Mr. Trump’s medical records? Would it surprise anyone if the Clinton campaign made an issue of Mr. Trump’s health status during speeches and in TV ads? Would the media cry ‘foul’ over the Clinton campaign doing so? I think the answers to these questions are self-evident. The media and the Clinton campaign would be all over this like white on rice, and no one would question the appropriateness of their actions.

To my knowledge, Mr. Trump has had no such issues with his health. However, Mrs. Clinton has had multiple problems – some she has revealed and some that she has not revealed.

Gianoli, in private practice in Covington, Louisiana, and a faculty member at Tulane University School of Medicine, has pioneered treatments in his specialty areas. He has been granted the American Academy of Otolaryngology’s Honor Award, among others.

Gianoli was pointed in asking: “What do we know about Mrs. Clinton’s health? We know that she has suffered two deep vein thromboses and an episode of cerebral venous thrombosis. Blood spontaneously clotting within one’s veins on three separate occasions is not a good thing. In fact, it is life-threatening. This tells us that she has a hypercoagulable state requiring the use of Coumadin (a ‘blood thinner’) for the rest of her life to try to prevent this from happening again. While Coumadin may prevent future blood clots, it can also lead to life-threatening hemorrhage if she has any future trauma.”

He added: “We also know that she suffered a concussion and, according to her husband, she took 6 months to recover. How do we know she recovered? If she was a high school athlete, she would have had mandatory neuropsychological testing before being allowed to participate in sports again. Given that being the leader of the free world is more important than playing goalie for the local high school, why is the mainstream media not demanding to see Mrs. Clinton’s post-concussion testing?”

He noted her own supporters have talked about her “right transverse venous sinus thrombosis … a blood clot that formed in one of the two major veins that drain blood from the brain.”

The symptoms are “headaches, visual problems and dizziness/balance problems.”

“We know that Ms. Clinton has had all three of these. Less commonly known are ‘brain fog,’ problems with concentration and short-term memory problems. Sounds familiar?” he questioned.

Mockery

Rather than address the concerns, many Clinton supporters have responded with torrents of abuse and ridicule.

A satirical video featured by late-night TV host Conan O’Brien showed Hillary Clinton weightlifting, ripping a fire hydrant out of a sidewalk and knocking a bear into the sky.

New York Times columnist Frank Bruni mockingly wrote it’s been revealed Clinton has an 11th toe.

“I don’t have the medical records. She refuses to release them. But just try to come up with some other explanation for why she’s so infrequently photographed in sandals or flip-flops; why she seldom appears barefoot in public; why, during debates, she keeps her legs, especially the lower halves, tucked carefully behind the lectern,” he chortled.

“She’s covering something up, and it’s that freakish, disqualifying digit.”

And CBS “Late Night” host Stephen Colbert said he discovered he has “started menopause,” using the same method of medical research he claims Clinton critics have used to raise questions about her health: searching the Internet.

CNN has predetermined that if you raise questions about Clinton’s health, you’re a “conspiracy theorist” and a “healther.”

Among the evidence offered by Clinton supporters who insist she is in good health is that she was able to pick up a note off the floor of a stage at a recent really.

It followed talk show host Jimmy Kimmel’s “test” of having her open a jar of pickles on his show.

The Washington Post found video of her retrieving the note.

“Seeing the cards tumble to the stage, Clinton goes from presidential candidate to stage mom as she walks over to help [speaker Bryan] Rafanelli pick them up. After the unexpected assist, Rafanelli said to laughter, ‘That was cool, right?’” the Post’s Jonathan Capehart wrote under the headline “This video should put the crazy Hillary Clinton health rumors to rest.”

He was referring to a video by Eric Martin, who was at the Aug. 21 fundraiser for Clinton at Provincetown, Massachusetts.

“That’s rather alert and spry for a woman Trump said in a recent radio interview is ‘a mess, a total mess.’ … The Martin video … reveal (sic) that Clinton spoke with no teleprompter for an extended period of time,” he said.

Retribution

There’s also been actual retribution. David Seaman posted a video about his abrupt dismissal as a contributor to the Huffington Post because of a couple of articles that raised questions about Clinton’s health.

(Warning: The following video includes foul language at about the 4:40 mark)

Seaman said he’s never had had anything like that happen during his long career as a reporter.

He said the publication simply deleted the articles and canceled his ability to contribute.

“This is spooky,” he said. “Extremely spooky.”

And Thomas Lifson at American Thinker documented the problems for some people who aren’t sticking to the Democrat talking points.

“The American media is now on notice. If you hit Hillary where it hurts, you will regret it, as the Age of Hillary is upon us,” he said. “… New Rules are in effect. Dr. Drew Pinsky raised a lot of eyebrows a week ago when he said he was gravely concerned over Hillary Clinton’s health in an interview on KABC-AM radio. The interview went viral, and was taken down by the station (but a transcript lives on, courtesy of the Free Beacon). So the message had to be delivered in a way that would chill everyone who might think about revealing inconvenient truths.”

Clinton herself has talked about her “serious concussion,” and her husband said it took months for her to recover.

And, it has been revealed that one of her top aides extensively researched a drug used to treat Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases.

While he worked for her at the State Department, Clinton Deputy Chief of Staff Jake Sullivan investigated the drug Provigil, according to an October 2011 emails sent to Clinton.

In one email, Sullivan tells Clinton the military administers Provigil, a drug that’s also used to treat narcolepsy and sleep-wake disorders.

He said doctors often prescribe Provigil to treat “excessive sleepiness in patients with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and multiple sclerosis.”

Sullivan further explained that Modafinil, a generic name for the drug, “gained attention in the medical community because it is the first effective stimulant with no significant potential for abuse” and “it can be used for two to three day stretches at a time, with few known side effects and little risk of addiction.”

WND had some of the earliest reports on her health, reporting early in 2016 Clinton was refusing to explain why she was wearing glasses fitted with Fresnel prisms.

After one of her troubling coughing fits during a speech in New York City, Clinton left Chicago wearing her normal contact lenses. But at a photo opportunity shortly later in Las Vegas, she was observed once again wearing the thick, black glasses fitted with Fresnel prisms, suggesting she was experiencing another bout of double vision.

At the time, WND asked several physicians about her vision issues and coughing, and whether either issue could be related to the hypothyroid condition for which she is taking Armour Thyroid.

That’s a natural remedy made from desiccated pig glands.

She also was taking Coumadin, previously known as warfarin, an old but commonly prescribed blood-thinning medication originally developed as a rat poison.

“It is very hard to draw substantial conclusions from the limited medical information we have on Hillary Clinton,” explained Dr. Todd Lasner, a neurosurgeon at Mount Sinai Medical in Miami. “We cannot opine with 100 percent certainty, because we do not have all the medical facts,” he said. “Fresnel prisms are typically used to correct double vision, to refract light through the prism so you can see a single image as you are normally used to seeing.”My first suspicion would be the Fresnel prisms were prescribed for Hillary Clinton because of nerve damage causing double vision resulting from a trauma to her head, possibly from the fall causing the concussion,” Lasner concluded. “But without her medical records, I cannot say for certain.”

And Dr. Daniel Kassicieh, D.O., a dual board certified osteopathic neurologist and a leading headache specialist who directs the Florida Headache and Movement Disorder Center in Sarasota, Florida, agreed that the diagnosis of Clinton’s double vision and the prescription of a Fresnel prism lens would require consultation with a medical specialist.”I saw Hillary Clinton first wearing the eyeglasses with the Fresnel prisms when she testified to Congress on Benghazi in January 2013, and she continued to wear them a while,” Kassicieh told WND. “Then I saw her again this week in Las Vegas wearing those black eyeglasses with the Fresnel prism lenses, and I wondered when her double vision came back, or if it never really went away.”

Dr. Ronald Hoffman, a New York City physician who hosts the nationally syndicated radio program “Intelligent Medicine,” told WND in a telephone interview that without the medical records, “we really have no idea what the medical condition causing Hillary Clinton to be wearing eyeglasses fitted with Fresnel prism lenses.”

Both of Clinton’s parents had histories of cardiovascular issues. Her father died of a stroke and her mother of congestive heart failure.

“Following her first deep vein thrombosis – a blood clot in the leg – in 1998, she was told to take Lovenox, a short-term blood-thinning drug, whenever she planned to take long-distance flights. After her fall, concussion, and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis – a blood clot in the brain – in 2012, she was permanently placed on Coumadin due to her family’s health history,” Charisma reported.

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, however, has been vocal with his concerns.

“I think Hillary is tired. I do,” Giuliani said in an interview on “Fox and Friends.” “When I saw Hillary at the press conference sitting down with a Hillary supporting police chief pretending she is pro-police. It is one of the most pathetic press conferences I’ve ever seen. Well, first of all, she looks sick. Number two, she looks completely uncomfortable saying anything pro-police.”

And another prominent doctor expressed concern. Bob Lahita, a professor of medicine at Rutgers University, told Fox Business, “The very fact that she’s having these [blood] clots and she’s had two bouts of thrombosis is disconcerting to say the least.

“You go back to the history of our presidents and we’ve had many presidents up until Lyndon Johnson who’ve concealed their health during their campaigns, and it had dire effects for our country, going from Kennedy to Roosevelt, to Woodrow Wilson whose wife ran the White House for some time – so we have issues here and I think both candidates should be very forthcoming and perhaps have an impartial panel of physicians review the data and make that kind of decision before Americans go to the polls,” remarked Lahita.

A tech writer for the New York Times has called on Google to hide evidence of Clinton’s “failing health.”

That was after Giuliani said “all you gotta do is go online” to find out she is not well.

Meanwhile, the Drudge Report highlighted a less-than-flattering image of Clinton with the headline “Excellent Health.”

WND has reported on a number of videos and images.

The incident in which Clinton needed help going up stairs happened during a February event in South Carolina.

There also have been videos that have raised questions.

One appears to show her losing her concentration while speaking.

She simply comes to a halt and stares at the audience.

See the video:

And a July 21 video posted on YouTube shows Clinton’s head suddenly turning and shaking vigorously for several seconds.

Blogger Jim Hoft of the Gateway Pundit headlined it, “Wow!” Did Hillary Clinton Just Suffer a Seizure on Camera?”

“The poor woman is in worse shape than we thought,” he wrote.
