February’s teas are:

Black Teas Blend

Description:

We’re getting back to basics with this premium black tea blend. This is a blend of four premium black. Individually, each of these is excellent, and together they make for a very unique black tea experience.

Tasting Notes:

This blend includes Ceylon, Assam, and Keemun teas. Ceylon black tea comes from Sri Lanka and has a citrus aroma. Assam black tea, from the Assam region of India, is the most produced tea in the world and has a full-bodied, malty flavor. Keemun, from the Qimen county in Anhui province is fruity with hints of pine and dried plum.

Instructions:

Excellent iced or hot. 1 oz makes a gallon. Steep for 3-5 minutes.

Chamomile Lavender

Description:

Our herbal blend have been popular and we’re sure this one will be as well. It’s a simple blend of premium lavender from Provence and Egyptian chamomile.

About:

Chamomile has been used for its medicinal properties for millennia including in ancient Greece, Rome, and Egypt. Its health benefits are numerous and some even use it as a sleep aid. Lavender is known to have many similar health benefits as chamomile and its essential oils have been used as an ingredient in many perfumes.

Instructions:

1 oz makes a gallon. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
