Taylor Johnson client Luxury Living Chicago Realty is making rental brokerage history, as it starts pre-leasing this month at Vesta Lofts, a 59-unit apartment building in the South Loop.
When developer JK Equities enlisted the expertise of Luxury Living Chicago, it marked the first time a third-party leasing specialist was engaged to lease up a multifamily property in Chicago. Crain’s has the scoop in this story. And it’s no wonder Luxury Living Chicago is blazing the trail, as earlier this year the firm’s owner and managing broker, Aaron Galvin, was ranked by the Chicago Association of Realtors as No. 1 Producer Overall in Rental Revenue for 2012, and among the top 1 percent of all residential rental brokers in Chicagoland.
