A 3,200 square foot oasis can be yours if you’re willing to enter a contest for HGTV.
The beach house on St Simon’s Island in Coastal Georgia is worth over $1 million and is the major portion of the $1.7 million HGTV Dream Home contest.
Don’t worry about furnishing the home – the winner will also receive furnishings, a new Honda Pilot and $250,000 in cash.
The house has three bedrooms and fourth bathrooms and even has a pool.
Participants may enter online to win twice a day through Feb. 17 — once at the HGTV website and once at the DIY Network website.
The home was built back in the 1980s and was recently renovated by interior designer Brian Patrick Flynn. HGTV classifies the home as “Southern Traditional” in terms of style.
“The charming seaside location of St. Simons fits the bill as a ‘dreamy’ location where our fans can see themselves relaxing by the backyard fire pit or hosting friends by the pool,” said Ron Feinbaum, general manager and senior vice president of Home Promotions for Scripps Networks Interactive, in a news release.
