Since about four weeks I am experiencing high ping (>200 ms) and low download rate (<1 mbit) at various times during the day. Sometimes the issue rectifies itself, sometimes I have to restart the router. However, this is not a sustainable approach as the issue occurs every 1-2 days.

the issues occurs irrespective of the number of devices being connected to the router. I've tried already two TalkTalk router, currently I am using a Netgear router. The issue occurs with each router.

This is leads to the conclusion that it might be an issue with the provided service. Could you please advise?
