We've had talk talk fibre broadband now for 3 months and its about gotten to the stage where we just want out of our contract as the internet just isn't and hasn't worked correctly since we got it. We've had a BT engineer out who assures us that there is nothing wrong line wise, and a Talk Talk engineer who cannot see a problem anywhere. But every single day the internet is dropping out maybe 15-20 times a day. This is an example of what our router syslog looks like from an hours period yesterday. I have blanked out parts the may be sensitive information with XX:

We are getting absolutely no where with talk talk and am losing my sanity ringing them up and hearing the same old people speaking from the same old script. We just want a working internet (which was working perfectly with our last provider Sky I might add!)
Its actually gone off 3 further times as I write this, its already happened a dozen or so times since 11am this morning. I really don't want to sit on the phone any longer to them or sit in a online chat as nothing ever gets resolved. Has anyone seen these issues before or know what the problem might be? Or failing that, who I might escalate this to to either get it fixed once and for all, or get out of this contract that we are in?
