My @worldonline.co.uk account has been disabled because there is a problem with it.
I entered Live Chat and was passed to Technical Support, where I was advised that there was nothing that they could do as TalkTalk no longer supports legacy accounts.
I submitted a complaint by email, only for Customer Services to tell me to contact Technical Support by Live Chat.
I am extremely worried about this as I have an important message to pick up, and I received no advance warning that this was likely to happen.
Please can you help?
