Living room has large TV, Master Bedroom a 32" LCD TV. 3rd Bedroom/exercise room has a 19" LCD. Cable TV includes HBO, SHOWTIME, MAX, plus DVR. Very fast internet, with WiFi.
2 car garage. Laundry/pantry room connects kitchen and garage. New Bosch dishwasher. Deluxe front load washer and dryer combo. Dining table has leaf not shown in photo. Living room couch has dual recliner, with matching recliner chair.
New tile floor in all rooms except the two guest bedrooms, which are carpeted. Extra Florida room has heat & AC, with small desk and printer, but please bring your own computer. Includes electric, gas, twice a week trash collection, cable TV/internet, and lawn care.
You may use garage tools and just about anything else that I leave there [CDs, DVDs, etc] except for my computer.
I am open to input from tenant as to what additional they'd like added to the house. Mainly I am already considering more lanai and birdcage furniture, maybe also in Florida room. I'll buy a grill for the birdcage, or outside, if you want one.
