I was invited out to a New Year’s Day brunch and I’m too tickled about it! Then I got to wondering what will I wear? Its a bit chilly but I’m thumbing around in my closet to see what will work and I think I saw that its suppose to rain! Rain makes me frumpy but this Valentino dress that looks like a burst of rainbow colors made me smile!
