You have to admire the way Amazon does press releases, such as for their earnings reports. They are long, seemingly thorough, but actually say as little as possible about actual sales. This one stretches things to the limit by listing the prices of Amazon Prime Video for all the countries it serves, even though it is basically the same price everywhere, or is included in the basic Amazon Prime membership.
If only we could combine Apple’s financial specificity and transparency with Amazon’s willingness to provide more news.
Oh well, we are probably stuck with both approaches for awhile.
In any case, here is Amazon’s announcement that they have hit the 200 mark with Amazon Prime Video (there was a separate announcement about the service now being available in India):
