After a quiet craft fair yesterday I have quite a few cards suitable for Father's Day (spent a couple of days last week panic-making as I didn't have many)

Handmade card for Dad, A Quiet Pint
If your Dad likes a beer or two at his local pub this could be an ideal card for Fathers' Day or his Birthday.
This is the largest size ready-made card that I sell. It features an image of a traditional pub bar with Dad propping up the bar and his faithful dog looking as if to say "that walk didn't last long"
The image been printed onto good quality smooth decoupage paper (the CD-rom I printed from allows me to sell handmade items made using their images) before being cut out by hand and layered up to give a 3D picture which features lots of little details in the background. It has been layered onto black and gold card before being placed onto the card front and the greeting 'To A Special Dad' added at bottom.
Inside I've added the greeting 'Bottoms Up'

Handmade Fathers' Day Card, Fishing in Peace
If your Dad is an angler this could be an ideal card to wish him a relaxing Father's Day.
I have taken an image of an angler in his boat and added the message "Have A Relaxing Fathers' Day' before printing (the CD-rom where the image came from allows me to sell handmade items made from their images) I then layered the image onto silver then black card to frame it. Down the side of the card front I added a panel of metallic card that has a watery blue/green irredescent finish, it has been framed with black card to add definition, before the printed topper added.
Inside has been left blank for you to writte your message.
