Graduates must pick up name cards at Bronco Gym prior to 9:00am
Ceremony: 10:00am-12:30pm
(No tickets will be required for Guests. Open Seating will be on a First Come-First Seated basis. Overflow Seating will be available in the Student Union with a live broadcast feed. The Student Union Games Center will be open for those families with children.)
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
PRIOR TO 9 AM
Graduates must pick up their name cards inside the Bronco Gym (Kinesiology Building) before 9 a.m. Graduates will then be directed to the Auxiliary Gyms for lineup and instructions.
COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY 10 AM
The celebration will begin at 10 a.m. and end at approximately 12:30 p.m.
RECEPTION 12:30 PM
Reception for graduates and their families will be held immediately following the ceremony on the Intramural Field across from the Steve Appleton Tennis Courts. Each college will have a designated area where graduates can meet family after the ceremony to take photos and introduce them to faculty.

Graduation Fair and Senior Salute is November 5th and 6th in the Hatch Ballroom of the Student Union Building from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. This is your one-stop-shop for your graduation needs!
Shout-Out videos are taped in Trueblood Room during the Grad Fair. Thank your mom, your instructors, or yourself and the Shout-Out will play while family and friends are walking into Taco Bell Arena prior to Commencement.
TICKETS
You do not need tickets to attend the ceremony. Graduates may invite as many guests as they wish. Small children may have difficulty with the length of the ceremony.
