Super Mario Run, the 2D platformer from Nintendo that was first announced in September at Apple’s iPhone 7 press event, can now be played by anyone who shows up at an Apple Store location. The retail demo of the game comes one week before Super Mario Run makes its debut in the App Store on December 15.

This should be a huge promotion for the game, which was already one of the most anticipated mobile titles for 2016. Super Mario Run will allow players to control Mario with just one tap of the finger as he runs his way through a series of 2D courses, avoiding traps and enemies along the way. Nintendo has also released a new live-action trailer to promote the game ahead of its launch.
Aside from the basic game, Super Mario Run will also feature Toad Rally, where you can try to beat the best time of your friend on a course, while also gaining points for making some cool style moves. Finally, the game includes Kingdom Builder, which will allow players to create their own virtual space to build cute structures based on the amount of coins you collect in the main game. It will also allow you to unlock bonuses such as the ability to play as other Nintendo characters like Luigi, Yoshi and more.
While Super Mario Run will offer a free demo mode, it will cost $9.99 to unlock all of the game’s content. Are you looking forward to playing the game when it is released for the iPhone and iPad?
