iPad Pro 12.9

With a base price at $799, the iPad Pro is easily the most expensive tablet Apple has around. Get the 256GB version with cellular data capabilities and you are looking at a massive $1,229 device! Is it worth it? You can find out in our full iPad Pro review. It is a very powerful tablet with an extensive portfolio of apps and plenty of creative capabilities, thanks to the optional Apple Pencil. Keep in mind that this was the first iPad to include a port for the Apple Smart Keyboard, turning your iPad into a 2-in-1 tablet. But we are not here to talk about that. Let’s look at the deals.

32 GB iPad Pro 12.9 – $669.99 from Amazon

128 GB iPad Pro 12.9 – $844 from Amazon

256 GB + Cellular iPad Pro 12.9 – $1150.00 from Amazon

iPad Pro 9.7

If you want something smaller and prefer not paying massive amounts of cash for your tech, yet need a powerful tablet, your best bet might be the iPad Pro 9.7. It should be able to handle all your tasks and games, aside from touting Apple Pencil support. This bad boy starts at $599 from Apple, but today you can get it for cheaper here.

32 GB iPad Pro 9.7 – $516.99 from Amazon

iPad Air 2

The iPad Air 2 could be seen as the direct predecessor to the iPad Pro 9.7. The older gadget does have plenty of power and capabilities, even if the iPad Pro 9.7 does beat it in performance, has a better display, implements an improved camera and more. Then there is also the Apple Pencil, which you can’t take advantage of with the iPad Air 2.

But if you don’t need all the extra bells and whistles, the iPad Air 2 is great, especially considering you can save yourself $100 or more by buying it over the Pro.

16 GB iPad Air 2 – $319.99 from GameStop (refurbished)

64 GB iPad Air 2 – $377.67 from Amazon (refurbished)

iPad Mini 4

For some of us portability is key, and the best smaller tablet from Apple is the iPad Mini 4. It’s super light and thin at only 6.1 mm thick and 0.65 pounds light. It’s also plenty powerful thanks to the A8 chipset. And though the screen is smaller, it still sports a Retina 2048 x 1536 resolution. Oh, and they are usually much cheaper than the larger iPads! This one currently goes for as low as $399 from Apple.

16 GB iPad Mini 4 – $338.99 from Amazon

iPad Mini 2

Those who really want to save money can go with the iPad Mini 2. This has become the go-to cheap iPad and has survived multiple generations after being launched in 2013. It won’t be the fastest iPad, but can get the job done and still has a Retina display! Great deal, especially considering you can get it new from Apple for only $269. Or you can take a look at this deal!

16 GB iPad Mini 2 – $240.97 from Amazon
