Hi all, we’ve updated the theme!
(If you’ve just installed the theme, skip this paragraph… )
Tumblr’s own Reblog and Like buttons for the index page have finally arrived. If your install is older: Please check that the links when you roll over a post look the same as they do on my site (http://syndex.me). If they don’t, you may have edited the appearance of the theme via HTML or CSS in such a way that it’s not being automatically updated. This is an issue, as the old Like icon will not register your clicks! If you have this issue (less than 5% of you I’d imagine) please consider backing up your theme modifications and upgrading syndex here. You will have to manually add your previous HTML and CSS modifications afterwards. It’s not ideal, but since Tumblr removed functionality of the Like button that a lot of theme developers had been using due to a newly discovered security issue, the button will no longer work.
Changes to post sizes. We’ve made the images larger, but you can easily make them smaller if you so wish, just go to appearance options and search for photo width and photo height and tweak these to your needs. And check out the FAQ if you get stuck.
Visual updates, lot’s of them, but quite subtle. We hope you like it.
