NYPD and Internal Affairs lie they lie verbally a lie in police reports and they have no fear of being caught. Lying is pervasive, accepted and protected. CCRB forwarded my case to internal affairs under Ray Kelly because they believe the NYPD may have committed a crime but I asked they take my case back because I had already sent my case to internal affairs and I was concerned that they were just going to fix it but if CCRB held onto my case the NYPD would've had to testify under oath rather than internal affairs fixing it.
The NYPD Inspector General the civilian complaint board and CCRB have all sent my case to internal affairs who continues to line police reports and fix it over and over again under Ray Kelly and Bill Bratton.
Det John Vergona's lawyer corp counsel appellate court has conceded that the detective was rude so I haven't had time yet but I need to Xerox said and him that into CCRB and demand yet again they take back my case and investigate it. If not I want to file a notice of claim against Richard Emery.
The lawyer for CCRB at the time Graham Daw just shockingly said that the police detective wasn't rude when in fact he was more than rude he told me he did not care if I had two black eyes that's rude and worse than rude he told me to stop babbling he told me to keep my head down and stay out of trouble he, at times he would scream at me over the phone one example he yelled you are going to drop those charges or I'm going to arrest you! There's more than enough there for CCRB to take back my case which they said they could do and they have never responded to my letter requesting that they take my case back and I am concerned the reason is the head guy at CCRB now is friends with Bill Bratton so CCRB ultimately is protecting the blue wall of corruption along with the NYPD Inspector General who I asked to take my case and give it to a special prosecutor and the conditio and the Commission to combat police corruption just forwards my emails to internal affairs to fix.
I testified in front CCRB read my testimony!!!!! I have answered questions under oath but none of the NYPD from top brass to internal fares the first precinct have had to answer questions under oath and the time is now we need a new commission in to NYPD Internal Affairs and DA corruption!
