Step 2: Learn More
While we keep photos and property information on each upcoming auction right here on our website, you’ll probably have questions. What’s the area like? What are the relevant zoning laws? How can I make this home mine? Once you find a home that interests you, let us know. We’ll send you a complete information packet and tell you how you can sign up to attend the auction. You’ll also have the opportunity to tour the property in person.
Step 3: Financing
Our luxury auctions are unlike any other. Our process offers buyers and sellers the chance to close the deal in 30 days or less. That means you need to have your finances lined up before auction day. That way, you know the home is yours the moment the auction closes.
Step 4: Auction Day
On the big day you’ll have another chance to explore the property and ask any additional questions you’ve been mulling over. We want to make sure that each and every buyer is completely happy with their new estate, so don’t let any question go unasked. We’ll start the auction with an opening bid from the attendees – there is no reserve. The highest bidder wins the auction, no matter what the price, so each property is sold at true market value. If you’re the highest bidder, we’ll ask you to join us in another room to fill out the necessary paperwork that very day.
