Hi,

Yes, it sure does. More often than not an advertiser will work
with a third-party agency such as MediaMind or PointRoll to design
rich media ads. This makes the process relatively simple for you.
They will simply send you some HTML code, which they'll call a tag.
All you have to do is create a HTML banner media in AdvertServe and
copy/paste that tag into the provided HTML code box in the new
media wizard.

There won't be any creative files for you to upload since those
are hosted by the third-party agency.

If they work with a third-party agency that we recognize,
AdvertServe will even adapt their code automatically to ensure that
cache busting is implemented properly and also that you can track
views/clicks on the ads. Testing can be performed with our preview
tool as with other media types. It allows you to view the ads,
click on them and confirm that tracking is working.

For reference, here's a list of the third-party agencies that we
recognize:

If your advertiser happens to use an agency that we don't
already recognize let us know as it's very easy for us to add new
agencies.

Thanks,

Mike
