With the release 2.4.5 of Volo being deployed this week, you may find that you are unable to login to the application after deployment.
If you have any issues logging in after the update you will need to clear your Java cache. To do so, follow these steps:
CLOSE down any current instances of Volo
Go to Windows CONTROL PANEL
Select the JAVA option
Click on SETTINGS
Select the DELETE FILES option
Select TRACE AND LOG FILES, CACHED APPLICATIONS AND APPLETS and INSTALLED APPLICATIONS AND APPLETS
Click OK
Now RELOAD your Volo account using your usual URL.
