On the heels of its recent launch at the Monaco Yacht Show, the Prime Megayacht Platform has now joined forces with US-based shipyard Burger Boat Company.

Based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, in the US, Burger Boat Company is an established custom yacht builder. The shipyard also specializes in refit and repair of yachts and commercial vessels and it operates a full-service marine facility located on Lake Michigan.

The Prime Megayacht Platform offers clients to have 100% control of the look and feel a full displacement 50-meter/499GT motoryacht making it the first ever platform to propose so many more choices than the typical semi-custom scheme.

Developed to accept a variety of superstructures and bows, the Prime Megayacht Platform affords clients the freedom to create a superyacht that reflects their individual taste both inside and out.

In addition, Prime claims to offer the sophistication of a custom build with the time- and cost-savings benefits of a semi-production series.

Furthermore, a yacht design collaboration between Prime, De Basto Designs, and Florida Marlins World Champion Iván “Pudge” Rodríguez will be unveiled at the Yachts Miami Beach 2017.
