The theme’s SEO settings a solid and can be set up on a post by post or page by page basis. I don’t think additional SEO plugins are necessary as all important bases have been covered by the theme designers.
Profits Theme’s link cloaking adequate, but as the same cloak will be used for every link on the site I would consider getting a dedicated plugin for this, as it’s one area where Profit Themes is a bit weak at the current time.
The membership site aspect of Profit Theme is solid, and they have tutorial to get you up and running.
It’s possible to create many unique looking sites with the theme, and there’s a good range header’s supplied to get inexperienced marketers up and running with a professional looking site.

All in all Profits Theme is a quality solution for internet marketers looking to build sales pages, squeeze sites and membership sites in a quick and efficient manner, and the developers are continuing to update it and improve on it, making it a serious contender for best internet marketing theme.
