Chase Cottage
This is the first house I’ve built for my St. Manolia Island save. It is located at Magnolia Lane 4 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You can see a few extra pictures here and here. I did a basic furnishing of the inside with base game objects. So the interior is crying for a redo. Tag me if you give it a go. I’d love to see. And yes you can change the outside/inside. Go wild! Just don’t re-upload it.

Installation
This is a package file that should be put in your Library folder (here Document/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Library). Do not put it in your mod folder or it won’t show up.
*I will not supply a sims3pack version because I have all EP’s and decrappified store content/worlds. If you do not have an item the game will replace it with base game content.
Terms of Use
Do what you want with it after all it’s just pixels, but DO NOT re-upload, put on a pay website, or adfly.
