CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT /PROGRAM ASSISTANT/ENROLLMENT ASSISTANT/FRONTLINERS/ OFFICE ASSISTANT
REQUIREMENTS:
• College graduate of any business related course
• Computer literate
• Working knowledge in MS Office
• At least 1 year experience in Sales, Training or Customer Service and Records Management
• Willing to work on weekends and Holidays
• Result oriented
• Good interpersonal skills
• Positive disposition
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Performs registration and/or recruitment activities such as preparing fliers and brochures, ad lay-outing, telemarketing, attendance to walk-in clients, conducting career talks and school visits, etc. to ensure enrolees for the ITP or MFI Training.
• Facilitates the registration of participants/students by following procedures in enrolments, course advising, assessment of fees, and other registration activities to ensure smooth and orderly registration proceedings.
• Encodes, checks, keeps, and maintains students’ records for accurate and timely release of enrolment lists, identification cards, certificates, and other credentials or the students.
• Provides assistance to address the needs of students by attending to requests and complaints, coordinating with company/individual sponsors, administering scholarship benefits, etc. to satisfy the needs of the customers.
