£20,000-25,000, Uncapped Commission, £30,000-£40,000 OTE.

Our client are looking for someone to join their rapidly growing business, who hold the same hunger and ethics to succeed as they do and also have an entrepreneurial approach to the role they play within it. Our client is a newly incorporated brand within the lighting sector and have seen exceptional growth over the last two years. Already a major player in our field, they have been recognised by industry professionals as one of the top 10 new LED companies in the UK. Furthermore, they're making inroads in specification and their name is growing traction through the major projects they are involved in. Our client, part of a wider group, are one of the largest and leading independent CCTV distributors in Europe, their base is a 56,000sq ft HQ in Havant, Hampshire which demonstrates how far they've come in their respected fields.

More about the role…The successful Key Account Manager will be required to proactively account manage our growing set of key accounts. This entails building long term, meaningful relationships, whilst delivering long term strategic goals in line with the business need. The sales focus will be predominately within the electrical contractor sector. With a set of predominantly well-established accounts, with an element of cold calling (although everyone needs lighting!), the role includes the challenging task of taking a new brand to business and developing it further in a very exciting industry.
