Cheesy Garlic French Bread

Serves: 8 pieces

Ingredients

1 loaf french bread

¼ cup butter, softened

⅓ cup mayonnaise

4 green onions chopped

1 clove garlic minced, or garlic powder to taste

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¾ cup Mozarella cheese grated

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl combine butter, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Mozarella cheese.

Cut bread in half, and each half into four pieces.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the bread pieces and place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Set the oven to broil and broil until hot and bubbly, about 1-2 minutes.
