Boatshed Lancashire offer this 45' Cruiser Stern Narrow boat. She was completely refitted in 2012 to include replating. Foam insulation, plumbing, wiring, gas water heater all replaced. The open saloon could easily be modified to create a separate cabin. The owner has supplied pictures of the refit process, she was taken back to a bare shell before refitting.
