Mornin’ ladies! How are you guys?? Can you believe that it’s already Wednesday?? I’m freaking out a
little
lot as to how fast December is flying by! Today we are talking about a “Trend to Try” and it’s COLD SHOULDER! Cold shoulder and off the shoulder tops were so hot this summer and I love that both trends have also been translated to Fall and Winter. Even though it feels like cold shoulder would be just that…cold…in the winter months, I love how it’s now in chunky knits, wools and sweater versions to keep you warm regardless. Most of the time, you are wearing a coat on top out in the elements, so once you’re indoors this cold shoulder trend is such a great style detail to spice up your would be boring sweater with. It’s a little sexy, but certainly not over the top and just adds some flair to otherwise blah winter styles. I bought THIS ONE about a month back and have been LOVING it. It was a tiny bit more than I normally spend on sweaters (coming in at $99) but it really did have so many things that I loved making it easy to justify the price. It’s a gorgeous neutral that was perfect paired with black or brown, a medium weight for fickle southern weather, a cute cold shoulder, comes in ton of colors, and it’s TUNIC length so I could wear it with leggings…AMEN! Here’s how I styled mine for a date night or semi-casual Holiday party!

These Statement Earrings are on the top of my Holiday list…I find myself wearing them with everything from more casual looks this this one to true dressy Holiday looks! The gunmetal is understated and a fun way to mix things up oh and the price is great, too!
