Position Summary

We are seeking a Director of Growth Strategy to spearhead user adaption and growth for new technology products. This is a leadership role, requiring the ability to manage across team members in the creation of multifaceted digital strategies, product marketing campaign development, tracking and execution.

We are looking for a self-starter to develop a robust product rollout lifecycle, build end-user segments, and accelerate growth among our current user-base. This person should be an expert in product planning, campaign management, and growth marketing. Well-versed in social media and new technologies landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define, build and execute multi-channel product marketing campaigns for existing and new StyleHaul technology products and initiatives

• Define metrics and analyze campaign success, track and forecast user growth and engagement

• Work with Marketing and Talent teams to build incentive programs for network creator base

• Develop and execute growth strategy programs including newsletters, social media, business development partnerships, launch events, etc.

• Work with Sales, Account Management and Brand Strategy teams to qualify new product features for network creators and brand clients

• Work with Product team on new product feature requests and business requirements

• Maintain a thorough understanding of current and emerging trends and technologies; provide thought leadership in relevant areas.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growth marketing success through new product launches and user adaption/adoption

• Always at forefront of latest social media and technology trends and adaption

• A lifelong learner who is curious and passionate about the content business, tech trends, and how to work better with people

• Emphasis on data/analytics, combined with creative thinking, someone who can translate insights into marketing strategies

• Ability to work effectively across Social, Sales, Marketing, Talent and Product/Tech functions

• Experience in product rollout to a global user-base

• Heavy Product Marketing and Technical background a major plus
