January 2014 Fashion Trend

March 2014 Fashion Trend
Straight from the ramp, LFW SS14 had brought much trend colours and styles with Neeta Lulla crop tops and midriffs with long skirts, Manish Malhotra with Long Straight cut salwar kameez, be it the Mandira Bedi sarees in half and half sober concepts.
Another event was the WIFW SS14 which followed later on this month with other striving designers bringing their collection live on stage and adopted fashion y their fans. April 2014 Fashion Trends
IIFA awards hit this month with the look of sarees worn by Bollywood stars to designers who created magic at the IIFA. Bipasha stunned in monotone saree in white at Iifa by Sonakshi Raaj as well as Madhuri in Sonakhsi Raaj Signtaure saree. Designer Vikram Phadnis spread his collection ‘Nazaakat” to the fashion lovers with Malaika Arora Khan and Yami Gautam as show stoppers. The ethnic wear in zari embroideries trended along with bright shades of magenta, orange, red, and black with beige.
Men for Mijwan a fashion event organised for a cause where we had the trend of men’s ethnic wear flaunt the fashion with Bollywood biggest stars. Amitabh Bachchan in full wok sherwani, Ranbir Kapoor in a white indo western, Akshay Kumar setting the trend of sherwani jacket above knee length with same length kurta and pyjamas, and much more styles which trended out the year.
May 2014 Fashion Trend
The young stars and their film promos, Humty sharma ki dulhaniya promos which inspired the fans to dress up in Punjabi and Patiala suits like Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan in kurta suits to pathani suits inspiring the traditional look. August 2014 fashion Trend
Indian Bridal Fashion Week held in the first week had much of the royal and creative ethnic wear. Raghavendra Rathore brings the men’s fashion sizzle for wedding wear in Blues and purple shades of coat suits, the stunning no collar waistcoats and jackets embroidered edges worn over kurtas, Velvet blazers and more. Suneet Verma’s collection elaborates the yoke with heavy work in bandeau patterns cuts.
LFW WF14 and WIFW WF14 season brings the floral and sheers back in fashion in lehengas and sarees by Anushree Reddy, and Gotta work the traditional embroidery shines up for wedding wear by Arpita Mehta, Anju Modi brings the onset floral resham work still maintaining trend in monotone contrast. The new winter colours of Persian blues olive, amber, browns, beige, ochre, black and more came out with prints and embroideries. Manish Malhotra brings the shinning silver embellishments in trend.
September 2014 Fashion Trend
Spotted the printed Blazers which was well styled up by Neil Nitin Mukesh at the GQ Awards, seems prints have been loud out in formals for men. On a trip to USA at the conference, Narendra Modi inspired thousands by his style trend of Modi Kurtas, and Nehru jacket or call it a Waistcoat in Chinese collar, as well as coat suits in Chinese collars becoming a trend as ethnic wear at functions and parties to business wear.
