Fashion and style in these sweet young ladies has also evolved from a pretty princess to a fashionista. We have seen so many adorable girl’s breaking the internet with their super stylish dress up Instagrams which show their dress up styles like adults. Yes, it’s that era now where kids aren’t kids any more, they like to be dressed up like a lady at times and not just a fairy tale princess only.
This is to those fashionistas which inspired me to put up this post on dressing style guide for Girls clothing Fashion from parties, casuals, weddings and more.
Girl’s Fashion style Guide for all ages
Birthday Party
Girl’s best day to dress up like a princess, yes girls till their teens will love to be dressed in a tutu dress or a pretty bell frock at their own birthdays or say friends birthdays. The trend of tutu dress has emerged highly and that too with vintage styles. For you teens we are sure a little bit of sparkle won’t hurt. Try on sparkling sequins pants or a dress top with such and your new heels to the thing.
Wedding and Reception
Okay now flower girls are very important at a wedding and so we can’t take our eyes off those cute little girls in those cute frocks and dresses looking like fairies. Same we have Barbie dresses to tulle dresses as well as lace frocks which can be worn in pastels for a Christian Wedding.
Talking about an Indian Wedding, well they have lots to be dressed in from Girls anarkali salwar suits to Choli Suits in full flared up skirts and cute halter neck blouses which are the fashion for girls’ ethnic wear 2015. A gown can’t go wrong and an Indo western salwar kameez for other wedding ceremonies.
School Day
The day time when your kids are dressed presentably and want to come back looking so, unless their naughty and playful habits turn them into a mess…(just kidding). So Girls clothing in school wear needs a bit of an edgy look, and so those A-line dresses in print to classic fabrics of gingham are back. Pull up some stockings and a capri with top will add comfort to their look for a summer. Teens dress up in your Jeans, coloured denims and a casual tee and maybe an over layer to add detail.
Casual/Daily Wear
Another time when your girl needs a calm outfit, when they are at home. Teens I suggest go with the leggings fashion, the cute animation print to quirky prints, florals and stripes with a long casual tee or sweater for winter. Shorts for summer and for 3-12 years these are best worn for day wear. Shorts in denims, cotton and colourful prints are great with tank tops to graphic t-shirts and shirts are great in girls clothing for casual wear
Evening Party/ Outings
The little ladies have been flaunting in style with the booties and pumps added style detail with hair buns and sun glares. Clothing in skirts, tops, shirt blouses, leggings, dresses in skater to shift dresses, belts and anything a grown up fashionista would do is the new rage now. Though I would suggest keeping it a bit less over highlighting after all they are kids.
Travel wear
Perfect comfort with jeans and t-shirts or shorts and t-shirts in spaghetti, tank tops, butterfly tops, anything your girls find comfortable and easy to manage, even a chambray top shirt. Plimsolls are good idea and stockings or long socks for cold days, over lay coats in fur or a sweet sweater with leggings.
Camping / Holidays
Take out your perfect wear as per the destination, if it’s tropical, shorts in cottons bright colour prints to spaghetti tops are perfect. Playsuits and jumpsuits in lace or plain quirky prints, summer dresses are also perfect. Camping site may require well dressed for protection like jeans, capris, round neck tops or plain t-shirt, checks shirts, tunic top, socks and plimsolls.
Night Wear
Wear anything for girls, shorts, nighties, pyjamas, night suit in satin or soft cotton, whatever suits their feel of a good night sleep. Having a pyjama party for you girls, then bring in the tank tops or casual t-shirts with cotton pyjamas in prints and colours to the night shorts and capris.
Have fun with dressing your girls as per the trend of the year. Don’t forget to invest in swim wear for them and outer wear in cardigans, jackets, vests and pull overs for the winters. Buy the classic versions as they can carry on for years.
