In a culture that can be very hostile to chastity, Dawn Eden knows that being chaste can be a rebellious act that serves as a positive way to counter the culture of sexual recreation.
"Our worldly culture promotes sexual intercourse as something that one can simply do for fun apart from any commitment, apart from children or openness to children, rather just as a recreational activity, the same way that someone would go to the movies," Eden said. She described how sadly many people have bought into the lie of sex being just recreation.
