ST. LOUIS (News release) – The Cardinals are back at Busch for an 11-game stretch that kicks off tonight with a make-up game versus the Kansas City Royals. The homestand continues with a three-game series with both the Atlanta Braves and the Cincinnati Reds, and concludes with a four-game series versus the Colorado Rockies. The homestand is highlighted by Team Mickey Day, Star Wars Night, six stadium-wide giveaways and photo day.

Thursday, July 23, 2015 — Cardinals vs. Kansas City Royals (6:15 p.m.)

Gates open at 4:45 p.m.

Make-up Game: Today’s game is the rescheduled date for the rained-out June 14th game versus the Kansas City Royals. Fans holding tickets for the original June 14 date may use the same ticket for admittance to today’s game.

1985 Throwback Uniforms and Bases: Commemorating the 30th Anniversary of their 1985 World Series matchup, the Cardinals and Royals will play today’s game in 1985 throwback uniforms – home white for the Cardinals and powder blue for the visiting Royals. Battle At Busch: 105.7 The Point and the Cardinals present the Battle at Busch concert series. The 2015 schedule features 18 local bands over the course of six nights, at six different Cardinals home games in Ford Plaza. Tonight’s battle features Destination Z, Conquer As They Come and 5th Pocket. Bands begin performing 20 minutes after the gates open with each act given 20 minutes to perform. Each band will be judged on a point system by Mozingo Music and 105.7 The Point. The top three scoring bands of the summer will be invited back to play on September 22 in the “Battle at Busch” finals for the grand prize package.
