A. Approval of county commissioners minutes: Regular meeting of Oct, 11, 2016.

B. Approval of and authorization to have the chair sign a liquor license renewal for Double Dollar Cattle, LLC, dba Saddle Back Ranch for a hotel and restaurant license with one optional premises.

C. Approval of and authorization to sign PL-16-45 Ubehebe final plat

D. Approval of and authorization to sign a resolution reappointing Barb Ross to the East Routt Library District Board with a term starting Jan. 1, 2017 and ending Dec. 31, 2021.

E. Approval of and authorization to sign a resolution appointing two members to the Museum and Heritage Advisory Board as follows: Mary Mayer, Oak Creek/Phippsburg Fund District, with a term starting Nov. 1, 2016 and ending Dec. 31, 2019 and Maria Parekh, commissioner district III, with a term starting Nov. 1, 2016 and ending Dec. 31, 2020.

F. Approval of and authorization to ratify the chair's signature on AIP-42 notice to proceed for Pro Electrical Contractors Inc. for the Beacon.

G. Approval of and authorization to ratify the chair's signature on the AIP-42 grant agreement with CDOT and Aviation's contract Amendment #4 for services in support of AIP-42.
