Approval of an agreement regarding provision of professional services by Steamboat Springs Discovery Learning Center’s child care network and Routt County as fiscal agent for Routt County Early Childhood Council not to exceed $50,000 to provide mentoring and coaching and support as listed in Exhibit A.
