Affected services: The web sites and email of all accounts are unavailable. cPanel control panel, MySQL, FTP and SSH accounts cannot be accessible as well.

We are glad to inform you that the issue is resolved successfully. All services should work properly, however some files may be corrupted. In case you notice that some of your files are corrupted, please, contact us, so we can restore unaffected files from the latest backup.

Unfortunately the issue has resumed. MySQL service is affected at the moment. It is not possible to create or manage existing databases. The following error may appear on the web-sites: “Error establishing a database connection”. Our technicians are doing their best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
